Help me!

I've tried every hijackthis program every antivirus and antispyware.

I've installed Microsoft antispyware and spybot which have detected spyware
on my computer, and which both programs have removed it but when I connect
back up to the internet it seems like it downloads from somewhere because as
soon as I connect a weird website called webcruiser comes up and so do
pop-up menus and also I cant keep my default home page to stay as default.
Do you know how I can fix this problem or is there a file or something in
registry editor which needs to be removed for this to stop coming back up
once I've removed the spyware.

The following items I cant remove and seems to be reloaded all the time:
Possible browser hijack (browser modifier)

coolwebsearch.cameup (browser modifier)

coolwebsearch.startrpage (browser modifier)

Have you tried CWShredder, Ad-Aware SE and BHODemon ?

If you haven't -- do so.
