Help Me - Problem Iwth My Network

ii guyz..
i got a problem..i got a internet..im using a router and share the router with 8 PC..so internet really slow down.becoz my friend always download..

so..can i block their internet from my PC..did got software to block internet..or can i block their internet with my PC on the router..

im really like playing games online..then i cannot play anymore becoz internet slowdown..

im using a router DSL-520t... 1mb/s

so plzz some1 solve my problem..

All joking aside why not just unplug the offenders cable since you will end his internet connection anyway and no matter what method you use the person will know something is up and your friendship will be in jeopardy?

I'm assuming of course that you are in control of the router.

If you aren't you are all at the mercy of whomever does control it.
