HELP! IE6 Can't resolve pages but nslookup and ping all work perfectly.

Problem:
If you try to open a web page it says it can't resolve the page.

Checked:
nslookup works fine, Ping works fine.

What I have tried:
I even downloaded another browser and it doesn't resolve pages either.
Ran spybot
Ran Adaware
Ran cwshedder
Ran the winsock repair

Local network pages resolve fine but not external ips.

Other computers on the same network work perfectly fine.

All computers are setup the same and they are identical machines.

Any ideas to try?
