HELP HELP HELP something is sending out emails from my computer

Something or someone is sending out emails from my account. I have
downloaded all of the service packs, anti-virus and even Microsoft unwanted
software toolls and even PC Clean up to no avail.

Help. Help. Help. Does anyone have a suggestion for me to rid this pest.
I get, on average, 30 or so error messages saying there is undelivered mail
or some spam filter has blocked the emails. What do I do?

I think that the emails you are receiving are SPAM. You are probably not
sending out anything. The spammer has cleverly tricked you into thinking
that you are. Have a look at the Sent Items folder - did you actually send
anything? The spammer was clever and wasted lots of your time and got you
all agitated. Aren't they nasty!
