HELP??? error message 425 to port 1710

Ok, I finally tried a NEW site and uploaded some pages to it and publishled
it just fine.

I then did a few changes back and forth- no problem.

THEN, ALL OF A SUDDEN---- I can't access it! via fp2002 I can't it's like
everything is weird! how do I explain. I wanted to make another edit onthe
page--- I can't access it on my FP and the file seemed corrupt so I
eventually deleted it.

I tried to make a NEW folder for it and IMPORT the recently uploaded files
of mine-- but the PAGES will not import into my FP2002 now!!

then after many attempts I get this message::

ERROR MESSAGE
425 could not open data connection to port 1710: connection timed out.

How are you trying to open the web in FP, and does the site have the FP SE?
File Open Web and entering your URL as http://www.yourdomain.com/
