help CR_ACCESS_DENIED when CM_Request_Device_Eject with windows service (windows 2000 and XP)

hello,

When I use CM_Request_Device_Eject with a programm all is ok, but if I want
to run with a windows service, I have a message CR_ACCESS_DENIED (hexa 33)
how can I eject usb with windows service ?
