why windows 2000 open windows alert when usb key is out of machin ?

When I get out an usb key, windows 2000 open windows to say that I have get
out key usb unsafe .
How to do for this windows be not open ?

Its a system bug in 2k. It can be fixed by putting a filter driver on
the device which changes the SurpriseRemovalOK flag to TRUE in the call
to IRP_MN_QUERY_CAPABILITIES.
