Help and Support Center for XP

When I click on my menu and pick the "Help and Support"
option I get a message saying "cannot display the page". I
have three choices.
1. If you are trying to view this content over the network,
there may be network congestion or a problem with your
connection.
2. There might be an error in the page's address.
3. The page might not be available.
This page is the Help and Support Center page. I
right-click and look at properties and I get this message
"hcp://system/errors/notfound.htm".
Question: How do I reinstall help in XP Pro?
