Service Pack 3 has been released recently? Has XP been released?

Sorry, new computer here. My newsgroup wasn't setup so I thought I lost the
first email. After I corrected the problem I sent another email before I
saw the first one was sent too. No cross posting just two posts. You can
delete one if possible. I tried to cancel the first one but evidently I
can't remove my posts here.

Windows XP SP3 is in RC1 status now, possibly released to the public in
February or March of 2008?
