Has encountered a problem...

I keep getting this message: Microsoft internet explorer
has encountered a problem and needs to close. However, it
is not either a Pdm, or a Mshtml problem, but has to do
with winshow. This error signature is:
AppName: iexplore.exe
Appver: 6.0.2800.1106
ModName: winshow.dll
ModVer: 1.0.0.1.
Offset: 00001dfi
I have not been able to figure out how to fix it. Can
anyone please help!!
