Graphics on web pages load fuzzy. If I right click and
choose show with full quality the pictures load again
clear. How can I fix this so that the pictures load with
full quality when the page comes up?

Hi,
Your ISP is using image compression to give you faster downloads. AOL and
NetZero offer this. I'm sure that some others do also.

You'll have to find the option to turn this off (somewhere in your ISP's
software.)
