IE pictures/images are blurry!! HELP TECHNO-PEOPLE!!

I understand it's because I changed something to make pictures/images load
faster on web pages, while causing them to be displayed with less
quality...It would be GREATLY appreciated if someone could take me through
the steps to set it back, allowing me to either manually view images on
webpages with their fullest quality, or to just reset it so all images are
loaded with full quality (even if it means I may have to again forfeit the
quicker webpage loading time.

A quick and succinct solution to this annoyance would be WONDERFUL!

Hi,
This image compression is being done by your ISP's software. With AOL, for
example, you would turn it off
from My AOL> Preferences. You'll have to explore your ISP's software,
settings, tools, etc to find this setting.
