Hi,

I tried setting gpedit>> \User configuration\Admin.
Templates\System\Ctrl+Alt+Del options\ remove Task Manager =enabled

But this removes the task manager for Administrator as well as for users.

I only want to remove this option for users, and not administrator.

Can i do this ?

Cato,

Are have likely applied the policy to "default" (any) user.
To overwrite that for a particular user, load the user's profile and apply
to it this registry:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System
]
Set "DisableTaskMgr" data to 0 to enable Task Manager.
Set "DisableTaskMgr" data to 1 to disable Task Manager.
