Glichy window scrolling in IE6

When I scroll in IE6, either with the mouse wheel, by clicking the buttons or
draggin the scroll bar, the screen moves in a series of 5 or 6 line slow and
glichy steps. I have a powerful new computer so that is not an issue, and it
only occurs in ie6, i can scroll fine in all other applications. Any idea how
to fix this problem?

You don't mention the version of Windows you have, so I'll have to take a
guess at a solution, but, you might try the following and see if it helps:

There is an option to set smooth scrolling in the display properties in
Windows. See if that's checked. If not check it and see if that fixes
the problem.
