getting windows message to click for spyware protection-i click and nothing happens=help please

it says that "your computer is infected windows has detected spyware"==then
"it is recommended to use special antispyware tools to prevent data loss =
windows will now download and install the most uptodate antispyware for
you." =="click here to protect your computer from spyware" there are a
couple of red circles on the bar below. when i click-nothing
happens==please help if you know how to fix it.
