Garbled audio

I have completed a music DVD that is 16 minutes long. When I play it on a DVD
player, the music is garbled a little in the beginning, then plays fine the
rest of the way, however, the second time I play it, the audio is worse and
by the 4th time, the DVD player will no longer read it. The file plays fine
on the computer. I already converted the pix to BMPs and the songs are WMA.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I'm sorry, I should have mentioned that I have played them on two DVD players
and the result is the same on each - I also used a DVD cleaner on both
machines. I will buy some more DVDs and try that. I am using DVD -Rs. Might
that be the problem??? Thanks for your help!

Thanks for your help. I just wanted to let you know that it did turn out to
be the DVD's. I was using Memorex -Rs. I went out and bought Verbatim
digital movie DVD -R's and it worked just fine. I couldn't believe it. I've
played it several times on several different DVD players with no problems.
Thanks again for your help!!!!!!!!
