fuzzy graphics after Windows Updates

I updated my Windows XP and now all my graphics are fuzzy (look like dot
matrix). Solutions? I am not terribly computer savy but learn quickly.
Everything works but I can not get the images to clear up.

Or better yet, configure the current driver properly (likely resolution
or refresh rate)
