FRS and active directory

I'm trying to set-up 2 file servers. The systems are identical and each has
identical data. Each is running 2003 and AD and both are domain controllers.
Can anyone point me in the right direction on how to set-up automatic
replication between the two file servers?

I can set-up a test directory with DFS and publish it to AD. It eventually
shows-up as a DFS root on the second server (I don't know how to force
immediate AD replication). However, I can't seem to get the architecture
right to automatically copy files back and forth between the servers. The
plan is to access files from either server (in case one is offline) and then
use FRS to ensure that the two servers have the same data.

Warren...thanks for the info, I got it working now, thanks.
One question: when I configure root targets, what happens if the user
permissions are not the same on each server for a given root target? Will AD
automaticaly align the permissions for the root targets for me or do I need
to do this manually?
