FRS Monitoring

Hello - We are looking for a command line utility to run
in the background and monitor all FRS operations. This
would include DFS and AD Replication. We would like this
utility to send an email upon a failure. Sonar.exe does
what we want but will not run in the background and will
only do one FRS Replica set at a time. Any ideas?
