Hi

I am displaying a column of fractions in my spreadsheet.
When I display a fraction of 6/4 or anything that can be
bigger than 1 excel changes it to 1 1/2. How can I leave
it as a top heavy fraction?

From the menu select Format then Cells, select Custom
Format and enter ?/x where x is the denominator you wish
to use. Or you can use =TEXT(A1,"?/x")
