The next step after checking to see if the FPSE was
installed is to check to see if they are activated on the
website. This would be done using the IIS snap in for MMC.
After the site is extended and configured, then you can
publish via http and the search should work.
You should be able to open the site directly in FP, and not
need to use IE and edit
