There are no FP 2003 server extensions, only 2000 and 2002 versions.

Did you http publish your web site? You must do so (not ftp). Are you
trying to use forms to email? If so, has your server host enabled the FP
server extensions forms to email transport.?

FP 2003 uses FP 2002 server extensions - for your info....there are no
"Fp2003 server extensions".
