Forward VCard - Active X Signature Error

I am running Outlook (BCM) 2003 with Windows XP SP2. I have use an e-mail
signature written in Word editor in HTML message format. Although the
signature works fine when sending messages to contacts and business contacts,
I get an active X error message which corrupts the signature when I attempt
to forward a vcard from within business contacts.

There was a similar post (by someone else of this problem) back in August
but no suggested fix/work around.

Any suggestions would be sincerely appreciated.

Thank you
Albert

Let me first say that when sending mail (including vcard forwarding from
contacts only not business contacts) from contacts and business contacts, the
signature template is automatically generated. When forwarding v card from
business contacts, siganture is not auto generetated. I must choose "insert
signature" from "insert" menu.
Ideal solution would be to have signature auto genereated. I checked mail
options and the signature is selected but doesn't auto generate.

The exact error message: "Your current security settings prohibit running
ActiveX on this page. As a result, page may not dipslay properly."
