Format Problem

When I use the hot button "Full Name" or enter the name on the line. My
outlook will transverse the first name to the last name and vice versa. I
tried everything I know to fix it, but still unfixed.

From menu bar --> Tools --> Options --> Preferences Tab --> Contact Options
button --> Change default <FullName Order>
