Forgot my Password

Haven't logged in to my XP (Home) Desktop machine in a
while (mostly use the laptop) and forgot my password.
Foolish. Now - how can I log in to change/reset? I've
tried Control/Alt/Delete, Escape, a variety of "F" keys
at start up....this is a bummer.
