forgot adminstrator password

I forgot my adminstrator password, I can only log on as a guest now......How can i reset?

here is the way by u can clear up windows xp password
you have to be careful coz thats a bit DOGY....
first of all download this file

thats a zip file windows XP can open this it contains a
ISO file in it
Extract ISO file & open it in NERO CD BURNER... click
netxt & next till it burns this iso file on a blank cd
when thats done restart ur pc & boot from cd rom
wait till it loades all files & libraries (it will take 15
seconds)

when u see nothing more happening
press enter key (GIVE GAP OF 2 SECONDS BETWEEN
EACH ENTER)
on next press enter key
on next press enter key
on next press enter key
on next press enter key
on next press enter key
on next press enter key
on next it will list all users on ur computer
& program will say------(somethink like this(these are not
perfect words))------>>>
select the username & there will be a name in brackets
like <> if name is administrator... then press ENTER KEY
else enter name of user you want to change password
((((mind it user name kaleem =/= Kaleem (username is CASE
SENSITIVE)))))
on next when it says enter password------>>> dont enter
any new password just press STAR KEY ---- i mean * the
press enter
on next press Y then enter
then press ! then press enter
then press Q then press enter
then press Y then press enter
then restart ur pc
when it says for password just press enter... & u will be
in
