FN Key failure

Every time I boot my Toshiba laptop, I receive an error "TouchED Error
Retrieval of "THotkey" failed Error code-oxooo31402,oxooooooo2" Can anyone
help me fix this erroe. The FN key does not work. The light is illuminated
when the key is pushed, but the function does not work.

Reinstall the THotkey software. Get it from Toshiba's tech support site for
your specific model laptop. An alternative would be to call Toshiba tech
support since this is an issue with their software.

You probably need to reinstall the Toshiba hot key utility. Last time I
checked, it was available on their website. Check the software download
section for your model. If you google your error message, you will find more
references.
