A few buttons on my keyboard not functioning

Hi all, I own a Toshiba laptop and I have taken good care of it.
Lately, a few buttons on the keyboard doesn't function at all. The Fn
function button together with the z key, arrow keys, the question mark
key, and the right Shift key. I am having difficulty doing my
assignments due to these keys not functioning. Does the problem lies in
the system or is it physical? Please help me. Thank you in advance.

Take the laptop to a Toshiba dealer. They will replace the keyboard.

Laptop keyboards can get stuffed up alot more easily than desktop keyboards.
i suggest pluggin in a desktop keyboard to find out if it is actually
hardware, and not a virus.

PS if your savvy with a screw driver you could pull the laptop keyboard out
for a clean if it is your keyboard, compressed air usually does the job., ps
you can even use water if there aren't any chips located on the keyboard (ie
unplug it from the mother board, PS make sure it's dry when reconnecting)

Hope this helps.

It's physical, Order a new keyboard from toshiba, or get them to
replace it. You can use an external keyboard while you're waiting for
the new one.

Call tech support. One individual was told to remove the battery and
remove, then plug in the keyboard cable. Your machine may work the same
way.

Test your laptop with the On-Screen keyboard.
Start>All Programs>Accessories>Accessibility>On-Screen Keyboard
