Flipside-Virtual Vegas

I am having a problem logging into Virtual Vegas games at
flipside.com. I keep getting the message (Failed to
receive reply from the room information server for poker-
beginners room, try again later.

I have been trying forever. It seems that the
wonweblauncher is not downloading correctly. What can I
do to resolve this?
