Firewall-Turn on/off

I cannot seem to locate the method to turn the firewall on/off in XP (home).
I know it called ICF but the directions seem to be hidden to me. I have a
DSL connection.

Go to Network Connection in the Control Panel > right click the connection
you want to turn - on/off go to properties > Under the advanced tab is the
option.

Dont turn off the firewall plz.
You can just install another one.
It is not perfact but useful....
