Files not copying to cd's properly

I have created a presentation in powerpoint, and copied it to a cd, but the
screen tips (in this case, a small intro about the doc you are about to be
linked to) which are avaliable on the slideshow do not appear on the cd when
opended. This is also the case for a few highlighted lines which have not
come out fully. does anyone know why this is and what i can do about it?
