I used the "Files and Settings Transfer Wizard" to transfer my files to an
external hard drive while I reinstalled Windows XP onto my computer. I have
been unable to transfer my files back because it seems that somehow the files
have expanded in size. The files were originally on a 120 GB drive that was
less than half full and the current size of the USMT2.UNC folder is more than
127 GB. When I run the wizard I get an error message after many hours of
trying to transfeer my files that states:
"An error occurred while the wizard was loading your data.
The wizard cannot create the data needed to save your settings. Make sure
you have enough disk space available."
Can anyone help me with this problem?
