Hi... I have 2 monitors hooked up to the computer... I'm looking for a
program that can address certain issues (i.e. easily drag windows to either
monitor, have taskbar on both monitors, etc).

I know there is a commercial program called "FileMon" that I think addresses
these issues with 2 monitors, but was curious if there was a FREEWARE
version of something similar. Any help would be MUCH appreciated.

Note: I checked on the SONOFSPY website who lists the freeware version of
FileMon, but when I downloaded/installed the software, it said it expired.

Please help... thanks a bunch!!

See if these help

MultiMon
http://www.sover.net/~wysiwygx/Desktop2.html
MultiMon (Now UltraMon) {Multi-monitor management utility} What's the
use of having another monitor attached to your PC? Beyond novelty, it
immediately doubles the size of your Desktop. Some apps aren't
multi-monitor friendly, however (especially certain screen savers).
With this add-on, you'll instantly be able to: maximize the current
window to all monitors, enable/disable your additional monitor(s),
and blacken the other screen(s) when your screen saver runs.

FYI - Filemon is Pricelessware:

http://www.pricelesswarehome.org/2005/PL2005SYSTEMUTILITIES.php#0282-PW

Filemon
(Liteware)
Windows OS: Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP
Other OS: Linux
Languages: English
Description: Filemon monitors and displays file system activity on a
system in real-time. Its advanced capabilities make it a powerful tool
for exploring the way Windows works, seeing how applications use the
files and DLLs, or tracking down problems in system or application file
configurations. Filemon's timestamping feature will show you precisely
when every open, read, write or delete, happens, and its status column
tells you the outcome. Filemon is so easy to use that you'll be an
expert within minutes. It begins monitoring when you start it, and its
output window can be saved to a file for off-line viewing. It has full
search capability, and if you find that you're getting information
overload, simply set up one or more filters. NOTES: In order to help us
track its use, please download through the link that represents the
operating system on which you will use or mostly use Filemon. NOTES that
the zip files are identical, and Filemon runs on either platform.
