TELEPHONE program/dialer for modem?

Anybody have any freeware recommendations for a telephone program/dialer?

Basically... I want a program that shows a telephone on the screen that will
have speed dial buttons, speakerphone capability, ability to record phone
conversations, etc... Basically, I have a modem with speakerphone
capability and I figure I might as well use that instead of the 'real'
telephone.

Any info would be MUCH appreciated.
