I keep gettting this file that shows up on my desktop.

Description: ~
Size: 173 KB

If I delete, it'll come back.

Scans okay with Norton AV.

Anyone have any ideas?

It's a copy of your OE addressbook. It's a bug associated with an OE
patch. Either ignore it or delete it.
