file sharing only working one direction?

I'm having an odd problem. I have 4 computers (all running XP Home or Pro
w/SP2) setup on the same network. All the computers have file/printer sharing
enabled. Computer1 is able to access all the other shared resources through
My Network Places. The 3 other computers can access files shared on each
other's systems but cannot access files shared on computer1. All the
computers can ping each other and they all show up under My Network Places.
If I try to access computer1 from any of the other computers by typing it's
IP address or name preceded by "\\" or if I try to access it from My Network
Places, I get the "you don't have permission" error. I am able to log into
computer1 through remote desktop from all the other computers.

Firewalls are disabled and I just ran virus/spyware scans on all the systems.

I also tried using "netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt" but that doesn't appear
to have fixed anything.

I did try releasing/renewing the IP address but I got this:
http://www.lucidintegration.com/shared/ipconfig_release.JPG

Any idea why I can't access the shared files on computer1, not even the
SharedDocs? It was working 2 days ago and nothing new was installed on any of
the computers nor can I think of any settings that we changed. Any advice is
appreciated.

Not enough server storage is related to this problem:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/106167

Yeah, it says Windows NT but it still applies. Note that you need to apply
this fix to the computer with the share you were trying to reach, NOT the
computer that you were at when you tried to connect to the share.

As for the other problem - are you using a firewall other than Microsoft's
firewall? If so you may need to uninstall it as some firewall software does
not disable properly.

Thanks very very much. Changing that registry entry fixed everything.

Sorry, by the "you don't have permission" error, I mean I get this error:
http://www.lucidintegration.com/shared/file_sharing01.JPG

And I just noticed the "Not enough server storage..." part of the error.
Don't know what that all means but all my systems have at least 90GB of
free
space.

Again, thanks for any input you may have.
