I know i'm a real pain the butt, but I'm looking to finally replace the
great freeware version of Serpent Salamander since it is not working
correctly in XP (it ALWAYS stays in the front screen forcing you to minize
it if you click on any files (i.e. text editor, load something, etc).

The only feature that I LOVE was that I could quickly select various files
by using the RIGHT MOUSE BUTTON. Is there any other freeware dual pane file
managers with this feature?? (I've been downloading tons of similar
programs, but none of them have this right mouse button file select
feature).

Thanks in advance.

You probably have that option enabled in Servant Salamander. Right-click
the taskbar and disable that option. I have not been able to replace this
file manager either, even I have tried a couple dozen so far.
