Short cut that makes the right mouse button drop down.

Is there a keyboard shortcut that would make the context sensitive drop down
menu appear or is pressing the right mouse button the only way to do this?
After almost 20 years of mousing, I have tremendous overuse problems/pain in
my hands and am trying very hard to limit my use of the mouse.

Many keyboards have a key to right of the right Alt and Windows keys called
the "application" key that does the same thing as the right mouse button.

Also Shift+F10, but neither does exactly the same as the mouse, there is a
small, but significant, difference. The context for the mouse-driven context
menu is whatever the mouse is pointed at; the context for keyboard-driven
context menus is the selection in the active application.
