File loading error

John

Hello,

I have just installed (from the Microsoft Update Centre)
the service pack for Windows XP.

When I restart my computer I get an error tablet informing
me that :

Error Loading - C:\windows\system32\NVCpl.dll -
initialization routine failed.

How can I reload this file please and where do I obtain it
from ??

Hoping that someone can assist - best regards JohnF

Go to http://download.guru3d.com/detonator/ and download a new Nvidia
Driver. Preferably a WHQL one.
Then rt click My Computer>Properties>Hardware>Device Manager>Display
Adaptors click on plus sign rt click
on Graphic Card and select Uninstall.
Also go to Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs and uninstall Nvidia
Driver. Then restart and install the new driver
you downloaded.
