2 probs
1. error message - Error loading C:\Windows\System32
\NvCpl.dll a dynamic link library(DLL) initialization
routine failed

2. display affected by scroll mouse-becomes v. slow and
juddery in 2/3 line jumps may or may not be related

can you help as Microsoft wont-oem and manufacturer gone
bust?

1. Reinstall your nVidia video driver.
2. Clean the bottom of your mouse. Remove the ball, if you have one, and
clean the inside as well.

Yes,exact steps are get youe NVidia driver disc,if it
came with the computer it's on your driver disc(if you
dont have it download from NVidia site for the driver for
your video card type,burn it to a disc)Go to start >
right click mycomputer > properties > hardware tab >
device manager > click the + next to display adaptors >
(you may want to right down the video driver thats listed
if you have to download the driver from NVidia)Right
click on the video driver for Nvidia > uninstall > put
the driver CD in the CD Rom drive and resatrt the
computer > the wizard will run at start-up run it through
it will download the driver. Problem 2 is probably from
the video driver not working properlyI.E. choppy video.Do
that and you'll be fine.
