Favorites Folder has disappeared--Outlook 2003

E

Ed B.

I've been using Outlook 2003 on my Dell Inspiron 5150
since February and just today, for the first time, my
Favorites Folder disappeared! According to the help
manual, the Favorites Folder is *always* supposed to be
there. I'm using the Franklin Covey PlanPlus add-in
utility (v. 2.0) which causes frequent crashes, but never
has caused something like this. This particular thing did
NOT happen as a result of a crash, but as near as I can
tell, during normal operation.

Thanks for any help you can give.

You're probably in the Folder List Navigation now. The Favorites Folders
only show in the E-mail Navigation.
