how do I show favorites folder pane

Hello,

My favorites folder pane disappeared (from Outlook 2003 V 11.0) and I am
trying to get it back. I have 4 folders that are selected for inclusion into
that pane and I have confirmed this by right clicking on each of those, and
they give me the option to remove them but not add them. However the
favorites pane does not show in the folders list view and have been unable to
find any menu option that will bring it back. Any suggestions?
