Outlook 2003, Favorites Folder is missing. How do I get it back?

In Outlook 2003, All I can see is All Folders. The Favorites Folder is
missing. A couple of days ago, I opened outlook and it was missing tool bars,
etc... The documentation says "There is now way to remove the Favorites
Folder", so there are of course, no instructions to get it back.

Hello,

I found an earlier post by Diane Poremsky that suggested running
Outlook /resetnavpane
At the command line. This worked.

Favorites got dumped from WOrd 2003 but I inserted Favorites in OL 2003.
Try this: Go to View, Toolbars, customize, commands. Find and highlight
Menu Bar and drag it up to your tool bar. Worked for me.
