Outlook 2007 on Vista - Favorites Folder not keeping settings

Outlook 2007 on Vista Home Premium SP1. I remove the Inbox and Sent Items
from Favorites folder but if Outlook is closed and re-opened, they
re-appear. How can I stop this?

Thanks

Sounds like you have a corrupt Navigation Pane.

Reset your Navigation Pane;
Start-> type; outlook.exe /resetnavpane

Run the startup switch again but make sure Outlook is closed before doing
this and the outlook.exe process has stopped. Verify that the folders are
gone and close Outlook again and verify that the outlook.exe process has
stopped again. There is no way that the folder should come back now by
itself.

I had an Outlook gadget on the Sidebar that was keeping outlook.exe
alive.....
seems to have been sorted now.
Thanks
