favorite problems

i have some items on the favorites that i want to delete,
and after i delete this items and i restart the computer
this items appear on the favorites again.
and when i turn off the computer says that is ending
program Win Min and never close normaly i need to put
press end now to close the windows what this mean?????

You have a favorites hijacking parasite of some type.
