Favorite folders names

I am running a new HP Computer with Vista. I am running Microsoft Office
Outlook 2003. When I open my email program, over on the left where it
says...Inbox, Sent Items, Drafts, Deleted Items...Only part of the words are
showing. If I right click and move the word up or down on the list it like
refreshes it and changes it back to normal. Like right now, instead of
saying, Inbox it says inbo with only half of the x showing and same for all
the other words. And no, my divider bar doesn't have any effect on it.

What theme and screen resolution and DPI do you use? I've seen things like
this is the font is larger than used with the default installation.
