Fatal System Error

Lisa

This morning my computer crashed and I got "the blue
screen" it said "fatal system error c000021a" so I
rebooted and got on endless hold with Dell Support. I
rebooted a few times while on hold and it would crash. I
disconnected my internet cable (I'm on dsl) to use with
with my laptop so I could see if there was info on the
internet about this. I found the info but none seems to
pertain to my specific problem. Anyway, I rebooted again
after disconnecting and the computer booted properly and I
used it for about an hour. I then needed to reconnect to
the internet so I plugged the cable back in and I
immediately crashed, same message as I got in the morning.
Anyone have any ideas on what to do... or where I can get
help. I'm running Windows XP.

Thank You

Lisa
