STOP: c000021a {Fatal System Error}

When starting my Dell today, the follow very blue terminal screen displayed
the following error message:

STOP: c000021a {Fatal System Error}
The WIndows logon process system process terminated unexpectedly with a
status of

The system has been shut down

I've tried everything (Safe Mode, starting using previous Windows settings)
including re-installing Windows XP, but when the install was complete, the
following message appeared: Stop: C0000221 Unknown Hard Error
\systemroot\system32\ntdll.dll (another blue screen).

I am using XP on the other computer with all Windows updates up to date.

HELP Please!

Try installing with only keyboard, mouse and monitor connected.

Do you have Roxio Goback?
