Can someone help fix this?

my dad's computer pops up a blue screen that says and I quote:

STOP = c000021a (FATAL SYSTEM ERROR) THE SESSION MANAGER SYSTEM PROCESS
TERMINATED UNEXPECTEDLY WITH A STATUS OF 0xc0000005 (0x7c80ff2d0x002ef800).
THE SYSTEM HAS BEEN SHUT DOWN.
