Failure to remove program

Need advice on removing a Nokia PC Suite program
completely. Having gone to the Control Panel, selected
Add/Remove Programs and selected the Nokia PC Suite to
change/remove, nothing happens. You are unable to load
new versions of the PC Suite without removing the old
one. Is there a method to completely remove the old PC
Suite?

Did it come with its own uninstall option or cleanup utility. Check in the
directory where the software resides.

Is there a file in there with an msi extension, try running it.
